About the role





Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within our Honest Farmer division. This hands-on role involves overseeing warehouse activities, coordinating deliveries, managing logistics, and contributing to strategic planning. As part of a growing start-up environment, the successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting and have the opportunity to shape processes as the business expands.


Annual Salary Range

: $55,000-$75,000.

Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage time and high-volume tasks in fast-paced environments. Efficiently managing multiple tasks while prioritizing responsibilities based on urgency. Adaptable to changing project needs and focus. Ability to work effectively with colleagues, contribute to team success, and support a positive work culture. Initiative and adaptability to take on new tasks and responsibilities.



What you'll be doing




Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including order preparation, inventory checks, and delivery coordination. Managing logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of customer orders. Creating and maintaining schedules for deliveries and warehouse activities. Providing hands-on support during deliveries and warehouse tasks when needed. Driving the delivery van to complete customer orders and supporting transport needs. Carrying out cleaning and general upkeep responsibilities to maintain a safe and organized workspace. Collaborating directly with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction. Supporting business growth through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and participation in pop-up markets. Assisting in hiring, training, and mentoring future team members as the business grows.



What we're looking for




2+ years Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar roles. Hands-on experience in smaller to medium-sized operations/start-ups. Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to work with Excel and create pivot tables. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and assist with physical tasks as needed. Good with numbers, detail-oriented, and systematic in creating workflows. Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
