Job Description

Hensall Co-op is seeking a dedicated individual to become an integral member of our Operations team at the Hensall location. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities within the Operations Department including regular communication with all locations to ensure operational objectives are met.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and provide reports for various operational activities. Develop an understanding of all operational activities to provide guidance and assistance to all locations. Review and understand capital projects inclusive of capital spending, five-year projections, invoicing, C.I.P. allocation, Board reports. Assist in the coordination of maintenance and capital spending budgets, inclusive of the development of new programs. Assist in developing and tracking location report cards, including measuring, and tracking departmental KPI's. Calculate and track usage of natural gas, inclusive of monitoring pre-paid contracts and accounts. Manage passenger vehicle fleet and policy including ordering and selling vehicles, lease buyouts, audits, and monitoring of expenses. Develop and maintain profit and loss statements and track maintenance dollars for specific equipment. Assist with purchasing/leasing and pricing of new equipment. Assist with general administrative duties for the Operations team as required. Understand and follow all Hensall Co-op Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills Computer skills, including strong proficiency in MS Office suite. Well organized with strong attention to detail and professional conduct

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a business program or equivalent experience 2+ years' experience in a similar position
