Overview


JJ Home Products a div. of Renin Canada Corp. is a leading manufacturer and installer of glass, mirror, and door systems, servicing both residential and commercial markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, scheduling, and cross-department coordination.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in operations and project coordination. You will work closely with production, shipping, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. From scheduling installations to resolving on-site challenges, this role is about ownership, problem-solving, and keeping projects moving forward. The position reports directly to the General Manager of JJ Home Products Division.

Duties



Coordinate and supervise production, shipping, and installation schedules to keep projects on track, including deliveries, installations and services. Work with subcontractors, site supervisors, and foremen to ensure timely and accurate installations. Prepare, maintain and track weekly delivery schedules for hi-rise projects. Adjust priorities based on urgency, as required. Monitor and resolve deficiencies, ensuring service work meets company standards. Troubleshoot site issues such as material shortages, manpower gaps, or delays. Provide regular updates to management, on project(s) progress and ensure communication between all stakeholders. Conduct occasional site visits to verify quality and progress. Support administrative functions, including processing returned packing slips, assist with billing signoffs, and documentation. Take ownership of projects from mock-up through to completion. Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager, under the purview of this job.

Skills



Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Previous experience in coordination, operations, or construction-related industries is an asset. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to problem-solve quickly and manage competing priorities. Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, subcontractors, site supervisors). Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Procore or similar project management tools is an advantage. A team player who is detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow. Proficient in technology and general office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
