Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Operations Clerk in Insurance/Banking. This position involves providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate processing of insurance-related tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. The role offers potential for career growth and the opportunity to work in a collaborative team setting.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 - $24.87
Responsibilities

• Sort, scan, and upload mail documents into the system, including counting and processing return mail
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as posting cheque payments and managing premium billing issues
• Assist with processing reversal/reject transactions from PAC and Visa platforms
• Support claim processing and handle cancellation requests
• Respond to customer inquiries via fax/mail and solve related issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to established procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and internal/external stakeholders as required
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Knowledge of Insurance systems such as CSC or Policy Admin
• Familiarity with customer data management systems
• Additional software skills relevant to insurance operations
