We are looking for a seasonal, part-time

Operations Associate

to join our team. Candidates should be available to work Monday to Friday, from

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m

. This seasonal position will run from

September to December

.

Job Overview

The Operations Associate is responsible for executing various tasks related to production, manufacturing and fulfillment processes while maintaining quality control standards and safety protocols.

Responsabilities

Prepare sample kits accurately and efficiently, and put shipping labels as per the requirements. Assemble packing boxes accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the boxes are properly folded and secured as per the requirements. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, fulfillment area, and workstations neat, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Work effectively in a team environment to achieve operations and quality objectives. Maintain excellent service by following organization's standards of quality and national standards of shipping best-practices. Support other initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis. Performing a variety of tasks help turn raw materials into finished products. Ensuring that products meet quality control standards. Follow all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe work environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment, following safety protocols, and reporting any safety hazards or concerns to management. Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Cleaning and maintaining the manufacturing facility and equipment. This may include cleaning work areas, maintaining machinery, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while ensuring and maintaining cleanliness. Ability to move and lift materials weighing 50 pounds for distances of ten feet or more. Physically fit to handle standing and manual work. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach. Ability to work individually and as a team member Good listening and oral communication skills Manual dexterity Attention to detail Comfortable working under pressure Effectively communicate with management, direct supervisor.

Experience/Qualifications

High school-level education, not experience required Warehouse experience is an asset
