Operations Associate

to support our day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in E-commerce and online channel support, demo shipments, coordination and fulfillment of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Online Channel Support

Manage and monitor inventory levels for e-commerce channels (e.g., Amazon, Spotify, and other online marketplaces) Coordinate replenishment, stock transfers, and fulfillment to ensure adequate product availability Track inventory movement between warehouse, 3PL partners, and e-commerce platforms Reconcile inventory discrepancies between internal systems and online marketplace reports Assist with product setup, SKU management, and listing accuracy as it relates to inventory and fulfillment Support order fulfillment, returns processing, and issue resolution for e-commerce shipments Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support online channel performance

Demo Shipments

Prepare, ship, and track demo units for customers, sales teams, and events Coordinate demo returns, inspections, and restocking Ensure demo equipment is properly packaged, labeled, and documented Maintain accurate records of demo inventory and shipment status

3PL Coordination

Serve as a point of contact for 3PL partners Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers Monitor shipment performance, delivery timelines, and issues Assist with resolving shipping errors, damages, or delays Support reconciliation of 3PL invoices and inventory reports

Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse spaces Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment

General Operations Support

Assist with process improvements and documentation Support cross-functional teams as needed (sales, customer support, finance) Perform other operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain Familiarity with multi-channel inventory management and reconciliation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team player Great physical stamina and manual dexterity; ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.). Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 -70 lbs Proficiency with computer tools and software (Excel, Google Sheets, inventory systems) Experience with operating pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment Experience working in a 3PL environment, with shipping carriers and within the AV industry is a plus Experience supporting e-commerce or online marketplace inventory (e.g., Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Spotify, Shopify, or similar platforms) an asset
