Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic

Operations Associate

to support daily operations across both our cafe and learning academy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has a passion for cooking, and enjoys being around children. The Operations Associate will assist with food preparation and cafe service while also supporting academy-related operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Cafe Operations

Prepare and cook light food items following set recipes and food safety standards Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties Operate the cashier and handle customer transactions accurately Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area

Academy Operations

Provide general operational support during academy hours Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children Support staff with day-to-day setup and organization as needed

Requirements

Passion for cooking and food preparation Genuine interest in working in an environment with children Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or cafe environment (an asset) Experience working with children or in a learning environment (an asset)

Work Environment

This role involves standing for extended periods, light lifting, and working around food preparation equipment.
