Operations Associate

to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing quality products, enjoys being on their feet, and wants to learn more about manufacturing and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manufacturing Responsibilities



Operate and assemble machinery to help turn raw materials into finished products and packaging. Monitor machine operations and inspect parts for quality and consistency. Follow all safety and compliance regulations, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Clean and maintain the manufacturing area and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Update inventory systems and production reports to track output and materials. Support additional production and process improvement projects as needed.

Fulfillment Responsibilities



Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assemble sample kits and apply shipping labels per order requirements. Build and prepare shipping boxes securely for transport. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment area. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and quality goals. Ensure all shipments meet company and industry best-practice standards. Assist with other warehouse or logistics projects as needed.

Experience/Qualifications



High school-level education, not experience required Warehouse experience is an asset

Pay: From $18.13 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
