Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates. Monitor online sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with inventory management to ensure stock levels are accurate and products are available for purchase.

Skills

Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar marketplaces. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in product descriptions and customer interactions. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools or Excel to interpret sales metrics. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
