Purpose:



Key service and support role for PDC operational activities including Safety, Transportation, Customer Service, Finance and General Administration while achieving operational excellence. This position requires a unique individual who is self-motivated, flexible, and decisive, a team player and who demonstrates a positive attitude. Must be a skilled specialist with the ability to make decisions, manage and organize the workload in a fast paced environment that may from time-to-time require a change in priorities when workload exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:



Facility Safety representative and Coordinator. Manage PDC supplies to ensure proper inventory with timely order placement through designated vendors. Customer service activities include timely and accurate processing of dealer SIE, shortage and miscellaneous dealer credits/debits. Manage dealer RMA return documents including activation, closeouts, credits and inquiries. Liaison with CSC and dealers as required to facilitate all applicable transactions. Transportation activities include actions related to PDC freight claims, inquiries and outbound/inbound records management. Lead quality actions to ensure PDC metrics are achieved. Assist with PDC finance related tracking and inquiries. Generation of manual PDC transfers. Security and IT related support. General Administration duties. Exhibit professional level of service to customers by using proper phone etiquette and sound communication skills. Develop and maintain positive communication between all businesses within and outside of the company to achieve desired results. Demonstrate organizational skills and sense of urgency in a fast-paced multi-task environment when answering and responding to customer needs. Assist with Stock Records functions during relief periods. Cycle counting. Other duties as required.

Basic Requirements:



High School Diploma ( Grade 12 ) and 2 years of Distribution experience.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis to be employed in Canada. International Motors Canada does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
