Based at our school's Front Desk Reception, Operation Assistants are a main point of contact at our downtown Victoria campus and clinic.
Job Specifics:
$18/hour to start with an increase after 3 months probation period
Reports to the Executive Director and Operations Manager

Typical Job Duties:
Provides clinic reception and invoicing services
Answering student, faculty, and general inquiries via phones and email
Processing point of sale transactions
Preparing packages for shipment
General filing
Restocking clinic rooms and assistance with clinic linen laundry
Restocking bookshelves and supply shelves
Closing and opening the campus as scheduled
Other administration/office tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following traits:
Enjoys working within a team and with people in a customer-oriented role
Reliable, punctual and has a high level of time management skills
Ability to communicate well with a strong attention to detail
Is interested in creating and contributing to a holistic health community
Is passionate about the student experience
Is adept at using/learning computer software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, and custom software
