Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction site operations
Manage office administration, including scheduling, reporting, and vendor communications
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping and records
Assist with HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and employee record management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements
Provide operational support to managers and site supervisors as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
operations, office management, or HR/payroll
(construction industry experience is an asset)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR administration best practices
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
