Duties
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across key functions. If you have a sharp eye for detail, with leadership qualities, and enjoy optimizing processes, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
? Operational Support
- Help streamline workflows, ensuring efficiency across daily operations.
? Scheduling & Coordination
- Organize weekly schedules, meetings, and events for smooth execution.
? Customer & Client Relations
- Assist with customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
? Inventory & Logistics Assistance
- Support inventory management and supply chain coordination.
? Administrative Support
- Handle invoicing, data entry, and other essential business admin tasks.
? Founder & Executive Support
- Assist the Founder & CEO in streamlining daily business functions, managing priorities, and optimizing operations.

Brand Representation at Events
- Occasionally, you may attend professional events with the founder and will need to maintain a polished and professional presence to represent the brand.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, business administration, or a similar role, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or retail (required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Tech-savvy - Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Notion, Trello, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
- Experience in beauty, retail, or e-commerce is a plus!
- A proactive mindset - someone who takes initiative and improves processes.
- Discretion and reliability in supporting the founder with operational and confidential tasks.
