ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work closely with upper managment to support day-to-day operations, scheduling, dispatch, HR support, and customer coordination. This is a
mission-critical
role. When you do your job well, the entire company runs smoother.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operational Coordination
Assist in planning and executing daily schedules
Make sure crews, trucks, and equipment are properly assigned and stocked
Update dispatch systems and ensure everyone knows their roles
Review next day moves for accuarcy, timing, and resource needs
Perform field supervision checks on active moves
Customer and Team Comminication
Send confirmations, reminders, and updates to staff
Comminicate cleary and effectivley with movers, drivers, and supervisors
Handle inbound questions with professionalism and speed
Support after move follow ups to maintain top-tier customer experience
Administrative Execution
Prepare contracts, employee files, and BOL's with flawless accuarcy
Assist with uniform, and supply tracking
Support new hire onboarding, HR compliance, and training coordination
Performance and Accountability
Track KPI's and report operational insights to leadership
Identify inefficiences and offer solutions
Uphold excellence, integrity, and a disciplined work ethic
