Natrulab is growing quickly and looking for a full-time Operations Assistant who is ready to jump in headfirst.

As a start-up, the role will be varied in scope. Duties of the Operations Assistant include managing product and supply logistics, customer support, sales, assisting in daily office needs and managing the general administrative activities. The role has great learning opportunities, as our startup is fast paced, and growing everyday.

We are looking for someone who is interested in learning all aspects of the business, and isn\'t afraid to try new things!

Required Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Must be located in Edmonton or Surrounding Area

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

\xc2\xb7 Sales experience

\xc2\xb7 General marketing understanding / experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Social Media platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Added bonus if you are proficient in Canva

\xc2\xb7 Willing and comfortable making phone calls

\xc2\xb7 Able to problem solve independently

About the position

\xc2\xb7 Managing administration of the business and directly helping the founder with ad-hoc tasks

\xc2\xb7 Preparing correspondence, drafts, documents, and presentations for meetings and executive use

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with suppliers and contractors

\xc2\xb7 Manage implementation of policies, procedures, and operational plans as required

\xc2\xb7 Manages online presence including maintenance of company websites and social media

\xc2\xb7 Manage expenses and bills working with the accounting team

\xc2\xb7 Outline, draft, and edit correspondence and documents

\xc2\xb7 Follow up on emails and communications

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as needed.

Compensation

\xc2\xb7 $20 - $24 / hour Commensurate upon experience
