PURPOSE OF ROLE/WHY YOU WORK HERE:
Ensure the smooth coordination of all parts and people within YYC Sociables so that campaigns, content, and projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
MAIN TASKS/HOW YOU DO IT:
Oversee campaign timelines and ensure client commitments are met
Review completed content for quality and accuracy
Delegate and oversee tasks to the team
Direct overall business strategy and motivate team to achieve goals
Maximize team efficiency and effectiveness
SKILLS:
Content Oversight & Quality Control
Review all team content (website, social media, newsletter) for quality, accuracy, and engagement
Provide clear, actionable feedback to team members
Ensure deadlines are met and content meets standards
Team Coordination & Meetings
Monitor team workflows and task completion
Assign and delegate tasks strategically
Schedule and lead team meetings, one-on-ones, and special sessions
Handle absences and adjust workloads accordingly
Strategy & Metrics Analysis
Analyze success metrics across campaigns and platforms
Provide strategic business advice based on trends and analytics
Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Tools & Systems Knowledge
Proficient in Notion, Capcut, Canva, and Google Workspace
Maintain organized systems for content, campaigns, and metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
proven project and people management experience
be currently living in Calgary (REQUIRED)
be comfortable working weekends (as needed)
actively interested in Calgary events, culture, and things to do
passionate about our mission: to get people out of the house and experiencing Calgary!

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
