About Our Opportunity

We\'re hiring a highly creative and innovative problem solver for our Operations Analyst role. This is a critical role where you will provide operational and procedural support to staff at Community Services who are accountable for the delivery of core social programs.

Your role as an Analyst directly impacts service delivery to clients.

Primary Accountabilities

You will focus on client service support and excellence, along with operational and business analysis. A few of your key responsibilities will include:

  • assessing and evaluating business and operational procedures,
  • defining options analysis,
  • and recommending system and operational solution changes
  • prioritize ICM, CCM and other Operational requests
You will also create, and execute, user acceptance testing for ICM and CCM system changes.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a creative team player who is constantly improving and innovating in their work. As our next Operations Analyst, you also have a bachelor\'s degree and one (1) year of related experience.

You also have experience in the following areas:
  • supporting case management systems;
  • developing business processes, procedures, and supports used to deliver timely and efficient services to staff;
  • detection and resolution of any issues requiring investigation;
  • ability to propose updates to service support/ system changes;
  • recommending changes to address identified issues of service delivery;
  • offering guidance regarding processes, and procedures that would support departmental and client outcomes;
  • coordinating multiple priorities in an effective manner
Previous experience with ICM, CCM, SharePoint, and/or knowledge of DCS programs would be an asset.

You are known for your keen attention to detail, a knack for efficiencies, and focus on providing excellent client service support. You are a collaborative team player and have proficient skills in the use of a variety of Microsoft programs. The ability to partner and develop collaborative relationships is essential to support various staff. You have sound judgment skills along with impeccable time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing and ensure constant confidentiality as you work in an environment with sensitive personal data.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

Equivalency

  • Completion of a related Master\'s degree
  • Completion of a 2-year diploma and 3 years related experience

Working Conditions

Most of your time is spent in a comfortable office setting. Your normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day.

Pay Grade: PR 06 - PR 10

Salary Range: $1,915.37 - $2,746.69 Bi-Weekly
