Work order management, inventory, and supply distribution
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner with excellent customer service skills
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
Manage security clearances and background check program
Receive deliveries and distribute incoming mail and email
Assist office team with cleaner and client requests
Provide administrative support to office manager with certain tasks
Uniform ordering and inventory management
Prepare shipping documents for shipments out
Keep the kitchenette area clean, regularly manage/ unload the dishwasher and water the plants
Be willing to learn new tasks and assist in other duties as requested
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance with 1 to 2 years of front desk/administrative experience
Proficiency in computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Ability to work as part of a team and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent people skills; friendly and polite and able to present yourself in a professional manner
Schedule:
Day shift, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 PM
