We are hiring for a Full-Time Operations Administrator position with a wage range of $22 - $28 per hour at our Operations Office in Stony Plain, AB.



The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by managing administrative tasks, collaborating between departments, and ensuring workflows run efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining organizational effectiveness, and assists management in implementing operational procedures.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee general office operations including supplies, janitorial, etc. Assist with operations of Starbucks & Coffee Shop. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events. Preparation and maintenance of operational reports, records, and documentation Assist with NFT and ingredient declarations and costing. File management and maintenance including new item setup, cost updates, retail updates, etc. Reports to the Senior Director.

What you Bring:

Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role Business Administration or related field (Not required but preferred) Ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
