About the Role:



This position supports efficient operations through overtime planning, training log maintenance, and general administrative tasks. Acting as a key link with HR, the role ensures timely communication of company updates and notices.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



Safety compliance:



Administration of Manpower Overtime Planning, calling and reporting. Maintain training log reports General administrative duties Liaise with HR Distribution of all interoffice memos Distribution of weekly information or Company notices Other duties as directed Responsible to observe Morbern's occupational health and safety rules. This ensures your personal safety and the safety of others and assists Morbern promote safety at work for all employees

Education:



College Diploma, or relative work experience

Qualifications:



Administrative experience 1-3 years Microsoft application experience Customer service experience Data entry integrity
