Operational Manager

What You'll Do
As our
Operational Manager
, you will be at the heart of the business--bringing together people, processes, and performance across our different divisions. You will:
Oversee daily operations across multiple business streams.
Set, monitor, and analyze
KPIs
to drive performance and efficiency.
Manage
invoices, purchasing, fuel usage, and cost control
.
Support and guide department managers, addressing concerns and helping resolve issues.
Handle HR performance management, and if necessary hiring overview and terminations.
Lead
business development initiatives
to improve systems, expand opportunities, and strengthen profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience
in a leadership role managing operations in a multi-faceted business.
Strong background in
production, construction, sales, transportation
(ideally across more than one).
Proven experience with
KPI setting, cost management, HR processes, and business development
.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to juggle competing priorities.
Strong communication and leadership abilities--you know how to listen, make decisions, and bring people together.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with operational software, invoicing, and reporting tools.
Adaptable, resilient, and proactive--you can handle both strategy and hands-on problem solving.
