We are looking for:



Accountability for site HSE, Quality, Productivity, and Operational Manufacturing Excellence objectives

Ensure all aspects/standards of the Responsible Care Safety Program are met

Leads, develops and is accountable for site day-to-day (i.e., operational) maintenance functions Responsible for maintaining all site equipment, support systems and facilities Ensuring adequate spares, MRO improvements and critical spare stocking in coordination with the Maintenance Reliability function Lead development and deployment of programs and methodologies to improve HSE, equipment reliability and reduce overall costs Ensure the site meets its critical objectives by leading assigned elements of the HSE, Quality and Operation Improvement plans Champion advancement initiatives in the areas of HSE, Zero Defect, and Manufacturing Excellence through the implementation and utilization of a continuous improvement culture.

Leads operational maintenance team, coordinates with Reliability/Shutdown team as appropriate, communicates expectations, monitors performance, and takes corrective actions to address issues and ensures HSE compliance, Quality system requirements Ensures team resources are adequate to meet production and operational maintenance plan. Ensures the team members are qualified and meet expectations. Leads the development of the operational maintenance plan (budget, Key Xs) and improvement action plans. Leads area improvement plan to achieve operating plan commitments. Supports cross functional and Site improvement initiatives. Accountable for development and implementation of the site's reactive maintenance plans. Applies LEAN methods to achieve Site and functional goals, including assisting with predictive / preventive maintenance techniques. Continuously improves application of Management Systems to support achievement of Site and functional goals, including work planning/scheduling, critical spares inventories, failure reporting and equipment records. Accountable for storehouse inventories and maintaining proper inventories of spare parts required to maximize operational equipment on-line time

You will bring:



Bachelor of Engineering required Strong leadership competencies with an ability to implement sustainable maintenance and reliability systems Must be able to interact positively and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Must have a high degree of initiative, influence, and problem-solving capability. Requires regular, dependable attendance. Experience in a chemical plant environment is preferred Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred 10 or more years of related maintenance, technical / engineering and leadership experien Unionized workforce management experience
