Perfect Sports is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented
Operations Sales Manager
to join our growing team! The Operational Sales Manager is responsible for supporting and executing sales strategies across the Canadian, U.S., and international markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives to maximize impact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Operations Management
o Oversee all sales operations, including order processing, listing forms, documentation, forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment across assigned territories.
2.
Strategic Support and Execution
o Collaborate closely with the Senior VP to build and refine systems that support the sales pipeline, integrating these systems into the overall sales strategy.
o Develop and implement recommendations to optimize channel flow, deliver high-quality customer service, and maintain clear communication with customers and the sales team.
3.
Communication and Coordination
o Maintain clear, concise, and regular communication with the Senior VP, Vice President of USA/International, Canadian Director of Sales, and other key management personnel.
o Communicate key areas of focus, progress, and strategic adjustments to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
4.
Channel Execution and Analysis
o Execute activities that support each sales channel, ensuring smooth planning, execution, follow-up, and data-driven adjustments to inform future sales strategies.
Primary Accountabilities
5. Execute Sales and Operational Strategies
Implement sales and operational plans that align with the company's strategic direction and uphold the integrity of its products and brand.
6. Sales Tool Creation and Maintenance
Develop and maintain essential sales tools in collaboration with the sales team, including price lists, order forms, sell sheets, flyers, new product launch materials, product images, and internal documentation.
7. Cross-Departmental Coordination
Ensure seamless sales and request management by working closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Accounting.
8. New Business Onboarding
Manage onboarding for new accounts by ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed efficiently.
Meeting Organization and Documentation
Organize and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up documentation. Track meeting notes and follow-up actions.
Sales Team Support
Assist the sales executive team with data entry, client relations, events, trade shows, and meeting scheduling.
Assist in Driving Innovative Projects
Lead sales programs and executions, manage a calendar of events, promotions, and document project commitments and progress.
Marketing Coordination - to assist the sales & marketing teams in coordinating sales-related initiative like marketing programs, sales events and tradeshows.
Demonstrate Excellence and Professionalism
Model professional behavior, set a positive example, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
9. Customer Relationship Management
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers, providing product information and addressing inquiries across all channels.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding sales, promotions, product updates, inventory availability, and training.
10. Returns and Damages Management
Ensure timely and organized handling of returns and damaged products, maintaining concise documentation.
Track and analyze sales activities, generating reports and implementing growth strategies within assigned territories.
11. Regulatory and Documentation Support
Assist with regulatory filings, listing applications, third-party logistics setup, and other required documentation for smooth operations
Skills & Qualifications
A strong aptitude for problem-solving and ability to determine solutions for customers
Capable of taking the company to the next level of growth through sales, new business development targeting US and International channels to meet and exceed targets
Excellent follow-through and capable of task completion.

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
5+ years in sales/customer service/operational experience, managing accounts and documentation
Knowledge of retail documentation for onboarding accounts, retail and distributors
Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities
Effective communication
Demonstrated success in New Business Development
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrates an aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers and company.
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and experience on CRM Systems
Valid driver's license
Location:
Head Office (Aurora, Ontario)
Virtual meetings with staff, customers, sales meeting and training seminars.
Customer sites and facilities conducted periodically
The ability to travel is a requirement, training, trade shows and events.
