Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager - Civil Construction to oversee multiple civil construction crews and project sites . This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, field experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work alongside a Project Manager and be responsible for managing field operations, optimizing crew performance, and ensuring successful project delivery .



As a key leader in our team, you will manage a workforce of approximately 20 employees and support both civil infrastructure projects and ongoing Branco Management operations .

#### What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate multiple construction crews across different project sites.
• Oversee daily operations for civil construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans efficiently.
• Provide hands-on leadership , supporting crew foremen, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring job site productivity.
• Maintain a strong focus on workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation .
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies .
• Support and enhance Branco's ongoing projects and field operations , ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between field crews, management, and clients , ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.
