Crystal Cleaning is a company specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, special machinery cleaning, and interior cleaning. For over 8 years, we have experienced rapid growth, doubling in size each year thanks to a motivated team and superior services.

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our daily activities, support our growth, and ensure impeccable service to our customers.

Your responsibilities

Manage the company's daily operations and ensure proper planning of projects. Supervise and manage cleaning teams (scheduling, performance monitoring, training). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards. Manage logistics: vehicles, equipment, and supplies. Work with management to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Monitor performance indicators (productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability). Manage unforeseen situations (absences, customer emergencies, delays).

Required profile

Relevant experience in cleaning or managing cleaning teams (mandatory). Ability to supervise and motivate a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (French or English, both an asset). Valid driver's license (Class 5). Sense of responsibility, thoroughness, and autonomy.

Conditions and benefits

Salary

: starting at

$50,000 per year

, with the possibility of bonuses and performance-based compensation.

Contract

: Full-time, permanent.

Probation/training period

: 3 months.

Schedule

: Monday to Friday (flexibility required depending on operations).
