RESUME DU POSTE :

Les principales taches comprennent des activites generales de production sous la supervision d'un employe mentor, incluant l'assemblage de produits et diverses operations sur machines menant progressivement a un poste d'operateur de machine.

Diplome d'etudes secondaires De 2 a 5 ans d'experience en fabrication et en operation de machines

QUALIFICATIONS :

Capacite a soulever 50 lb (environ 23 kg) de facon repetee Grande attention aux details et au controle de la qualite Capacite a rester debout pendant de longues periodes et a effectuer des taches repetitives Bonne comprehension des protocoles de securite en milieu d'entrepot ou de fabrication Bonne coordination oeil-main et dexterite manuelle Capacite a travailler dans un environnement dynamique Aptitude en mathematiques, en resolution de problemes, en informatique et en mecanique Capacite a bien travailler et communiquer avec les autres Maitrise des outils manuels

RESPONSABILITES :

Preparer et changer les materiaux selon le plan de production Maintenir ou depasser en tout temps les objectifs d'efficacite de production Faire fonctionner ou surveiller des machines automatiques ou polyvalentes, y compris des metiers a tisser metalliques, pour produire des pieces ou produits metalliques tels que des grillages, clotures, articles en etain, paniers metalliques, supports, crochets, tubes metalliques et autres articles similaires Ajuster et assembler des composants a l'aide d'outils manuels et electriques Nettoyer, polir, limer ou effectuer d'autres finitions sur les produits Verifier la qualite et les specifications des produits Nettoyer et lubrifier les machines si necessaire Travailler en conformite avec toutes les politiques et procedures de sante et securite D'autres taches peuvent etre assignees au besoin

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary duties include general production labor activities under the direction of a mentor employee that include product assembly and various machine operation actions that progress to a machine operator position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma 2-5 years manufacturing and machine operating experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to lift

repeatedly Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Good understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work in fast-paced environments Aptitude for Math, problem solving, computer and mechanics Ability to work and communicate well with others Proficiency with hand tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setup and change product materials in accordance with the production plan Continuously maintain or exceed production efficiency goals Operate or tend automatic or multi-purpose machines including wire looms to produce metal parts and metal products such as wire screening, fencing, tinware, metal baskets, racks, hooks, metal tubing and similar articles Fit and assemble components using hand and power tools Clean, polish, file or otherwise finish products Check products for quality and other specifications May clean and lubricate machinery Work in accordance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures Other duties may be assigned accordingly
