LaEUR(TM)operateur de batiment mobile effectuera des travaux daEUR(TM)entretien preventif annuels dans un territoire geographique donne. Cela comprendra des travaux pratiques pour effectuer le travail necessaire dans le cadre des normes et des directives de Jones Lang LaSalle.

Taches precises :

En particulier, vous serez responsable de laEUR(TM)execution des taches suivantes propres a votre poste :

• Effectuer des travaux daEUR(TM)entretien preventif et de reparation sur les systames CVCA, (nettoyage des courroies, des filtres et des bobines), mecaniques, de plomberie, electriques et divers autres systames de batiment pour maintenir les proprietes en parfait etat de fonctionnement.
• Determiner les opportunites daEUR(TM)economies daEUR(TM)energie dans les installations, notamment les changements aux systames et aux operations qui peuvent reduire la consommation daEUR(TM)energie de la propriete.
• LaEUR(TM)operateur de batiment mobile effectue egalement aisement laEUR(TM)entretien de routine du batiment, la plomberie et daEUR(TM)autres taches au besoin.
• LaEUR(TM)operateur de batiment mobile doit atre en mesure de planifier de faaon independante les taches, daEUR(TM)effectuer des taches avec un minimum de supervision directe et aider en tant quaEUR(TM)aide dans daEUR(TM)autres metiers. Il apporte egalement son aide pour laEUR(TM)entretien general et laEUR(TM)exploitation des batiments et des terrains.

Environnement de travail :

• Le travail comprend le deplacement vers divers emplacements dans une zone geographique specifiee et un camion fait partie de laEUR(TM)environnement de travail.
• Avoir laEUR(TM)esprit daEUR(TM)equipe necessaire pour travailler dans un environnement de qualite. Necessitera une interaction quotidienne avec les equipes en personne, au telephone et par courriel afin daEUR(TM)effectuer le travail.

Qualifications :

• Posseder des competences et des connaissances pratiques pour effectuer les reparations et laEUR(TM)entretien requis de divers systames (notamment les pompes, les moteurs, les appareils de traitement de laEUR(TM)air, les systames daEUR(TM)automatisation/de contrale et les systames electriques connexes) en utilisant des outils conformes aux normes de laEUR(TM)industrie et conformement a tous les codes, lois et reglementations.
• Posseder la capacite daEUR(TM)utiliser efficacement les ordinateurs et les programmes informatiques (notamment laEUR(TM)utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office), capacite daEUR(TM)utiliser Internet pour naviguer et utiliser des applications Web, et capacite daEUR(TM)utiliser des appareils electroniques portatifs (assistant numerique personnel (ANP), telephone cellulaire, etc.).
• Posseder daEUR(TM)excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et ecrite.
• Posseder la capacite de gerer efficacement diverses relations avec les membres de laEUR(TM)equipe, les entrepreneurs, les occupants des batiments et les clients.
• Posseder un esprit daEUR(TM)initiative ainsi que de solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et faire preuve daEUR(TM)une attitude positive.
• Diplame daEUR(TM)etudes secondaires ou formation generale (FG).

The Mobile Building Operator will perform annual preventive maintenance work within a given geographic territory. This will include hands-on work to complete the necessary work within Jones Lang LaSalle standards and guidelines.

The position will also include hands-on repair & maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, card access systems, door & gates systems, building envelope systems, grounds and parking lots, interior finish systems, lighting systems, and various other R&M tasks associated with operation of a commercial property.

Specific Duties:

In particular, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties specific to your Position:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC (Belt & Filter & Coil Cleaning), mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition.
• Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities including system and operational changes that can decrease the propertyaEUR(TM)s energy consumption.
• The Mobile Building Operator also effortlessly performs routine building maintenance, plumbing and other tasks as necessary.
• Mobile Building Operator must be able to independently plan work assignments, perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision, and assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds.

Working Environment:

• The position is truck based and includes travel to various locations within a specified geography.
• Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment. Will require daily interaction with teams in person, on the phone, and via email in order to perform the job.

Qualifications:

• Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on a variety of systems (including, pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and associated electrical systems) using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of Microsoft Office Suite), skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications, and ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, cell phone, etc.).
• Possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively manage diverse relationships with team members, contractors, building occupants and clients.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• High school graduate or GED.
