Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (vim) Consultant
Job Description
Our Toronto/Montreal-based client is seeking an experienced Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to their project immediately and will run for two to three months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM, including configuration, workflow setup, exception handling, and integration with S/4HANA. Strong SAP Finance, Material Management background experience is preferred while working on multiple VIM implementations. This is a hybrid position, and the exact number of on-site days will be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring and troubleshooting the end-to-end VIM invoice process (Parking, Blocking, Release).
- Managing and debugging the SAP Workflow and Business Rules Framework for approvals.
- Providing expert-level support for production issues like stuck workflows and posting errors.
- Ensuring robust integration between VIM, FI, and MM modules.
- Applying deep Accounts Payable process knowledge (GR/IR, tax, PO/Non-PO) to guide system design.
