This Temporary Account Supervisor I role is an independent role, reporting to the Director of Operations, overseeing all aspects of site operations including, but not limited to monitoring GMP and Safety adherence, quality, recruiting, scheduling, attendance adherence, and processing payroll. Additional responsibilities include supervising employees\' conduct, providing coaching, managing safety programs, and completing operations reports.

Our exciting, fast-paced environment is a good fit for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills. In this position most of your time would be spent interacting with the client and employees, so exceptional communication skills are a must.

Contract Length: 3 months with the possibility of renewal

Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated at $21.50 per hour. This rate is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate\'s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a .

Schedule: Need the ability to work flexible hours between 6:30 am - 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday, remote on-call may be required on occasion.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide immediate front-line customer service to the management team, associates, and client
  • Manage weekly schedules for all employees
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Handle order requests and changes from client contacts
  • Handle associate relations activities, communications, and investigations
  • Conduct safety inspections
  • Monitor time-keeping applications and process payroll
  • Able to conduct interviews, orientation, and onboarding sessions
  • Able to create associate-facing memos; communications and quality/safety alerts
Experience
  • Experience in a warehouse/production/manufacturing environment is required
  • Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT, and Word)
  • Strong Customer Service, Client Relations, and Time Management Skills
