As we approach the closing phase of our Lakeview Village project, we are looking for a local, reliable, and tech-comfortable casual employee to support onsite customer walkthroughs and possession appointments in West Kelowna, BC.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Casual Customer Walkthrough Assistant to help coordinate and conduct purchaser walkthroughs during the final stages of project closing. This is a great opportunity for someone with real estate or administrative experience who enjoys working directly with customers and supporting a structured handover process.

This is a casual, on-call position ideal for someone living locally who has flexible availability during weekdays between September 18 and , 2025 to Nov 30, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and attending onsite walkthrough appointments with purchasers. Guide homeowners through their new units, explaining key features and collecting notes. Use walkthrough software to document deficiencies and generate reports. Coordinate with project team members for follow-up and resolution tracking. Support key handover and possession appointments, including ID verification and final walkthrough documentation. Maintain professional and courteous communication with purchasers at all times. Ensure all walkthrough and possession materials, checklists, and documents are completed accurately.
Requirements

Based locally in Gibsons or surrounding areas (must be able to commute onsite). Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or administration preferred. Previous experience as a real estate assistant or a real estate license is an asset. Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and cloud-based software (training provided). Quick learner with the ability to follow digital checklists and use walkthrough apps. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, calm demeanor with homeowners. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Available on demand during weekdays between Aug 8 and Sep 30.
