Your Role & Responsibilities As Our Teacher:

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field Proficiency in the Canadian mathematics curriculum standards for the relevant grade levels (preferably in a K - 12 setting) Proficient in English Experience one-on-one tutoring, if having group teaching experience will be a plus Experience developing comprehensive materials and learning resources to fulfill students' requirements Be energetic, understanding, reliable and joyful

Responsibilities

Align teaching content with the curriculum and effectively prepare students for provincial or national math assessments. Teach math across various levels, ensuring clarity and comprehension among students. Provide class reports timely after each session. Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary. Utilize classroom management techniques to create a productive and inclusive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues for learning progress and development area
