Position Title:

Primary Recorder (On-Site Content Capture)

Rate:

$32/hour

Schedule:

Approximately 3-hour shoots, 4 times per month (12 hours/month)

Location:

On-site across multiple building locations (Local applicants only)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Primary Recorder to capture high-quality video and photo content during scheduled on-site shoots. This role involves filming with your own equipment, organizing footage, and working collaboratively to execute a content plan for social media and marketing use.

Responsibilities:

Attend scheduled shoots across various building locations (transportation required). Capture high-quality video and photo content based on pre-planned shot lists and direction. Ensure proper lighting, audio, and framing during filming. Transfer raw footage to shared drives after each shoot. Work collaboratively and professionally in tenant, office, and residential environments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in photography and/or videography (portfolio or examples required). Must own reliable professional equipment (camera, relevant lenses, stabilization, etc.). Strong understanding of composition, natural lighting, and filming for social media. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working with people on camera.
