Are you a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce? Join our Marketing Team and take the lead in managing MYstore, McMunn & Yates Building Supplies' online store. In this key role, you'll be responsible for growing and optimizing our digital storefront, enhancing its appeal, and aligning our online presence with evolving market demands.
This full-time temporary position will end November 2026 and is based out of our Distribution Center in Headingley, MB. To best serve our customers, some evening, holiday, and weekend work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Store Management:
Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of MYstore, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Catalog Optimization:
Grow and maintain an extensive product catalog by adding new SKUs, images, and related products. You'll also write fresh, retail-friendly product descriptions, specifications, and SEO-optimized content.
Data Accuracy:
Ensure product accuracy by regularly updating information on thousands of SKUs, guaranteeing customers have the right details.
Market Research:
Conduct research to refine product offerings, staying up-to-date on market trends and consumer preferences to keep our catalog relevant.
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the "buy online and pick up in store" process, collaborating with staff and customers to ensure excellent service.
Online Quotes:
Handle all mobile and online quote requests and distribute them to the appropriate Sales Associates across our locations.
Digital Marketing:
Collaborate with the team on executing e-marketing strategies.
Financial Management:
Manage all online payments and transactions securely and efficiently.
Platform Maintenance:
Take ownership of investigating and resolving website issues, ensuring timely communication and implementation of solutions for a seamless platform experience.
Team Support:
Assist other team members as required to support broader company goals.
