DBT Virtual is an online clinic, offering Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) throughout Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia. We're a team of therapists that have advanced training, expertise and passion in delivering DBT. We provide individual therapy, phone coaching, skills groups and have a consultation team. We treat a wide range of concerns associated with emotion dysregulation, including anxiety, depression, aggression, borderline personality symptoms, substance use, self-harm and suicidal behaviours. As a fully online clinic, we're making it simpler for people across Canada to find a qualified therapist that specializes in DBT.

We are looking for DBT therapists to join a growing online private practice clinic. We specialize in providing Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and offer our clients individual therapy, phone coaching and skills groups. We work primarily with people who experience emotion dysregulation and interpersonal difficulties and includes individuals (14+) with anxiety, depression, borderline personality symptoms, substance use, self-harm and/or suicidal behaviours. We provide ongoing referrals and the clients we work with typically participate in six months of weekly DBT sessions. Since our services are entirely online you can meet clients right from the comfort of a private space in your home. We are primarily seeking therapists with availability for individual DBT therapy, though experience in also delivering DBT-informed couples/family therapy, adolescent/adult DBT skills groups, and trauma therapy is an asset. Qualifications

We are seeking therapists who have extensive training, experience and/or certification in DBT. Experience working in complex mental health and/or in a hospital or psychiatric settings is preferred. We are looking for therapists with daytime and/or evening weekday availability (approximately 10+ hours/week). This position is and always will be online. Successful candidates must have registration with a social work college, professional liability insurance and have Masters level education (e.g. MSW). Registration to practice in multiple provinces is an asset. Consultation/supervision and regular DBT training is provided to team members. Minimal or no prior experience or training in DBT is not suitable for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $95.00-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
