Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat platforms
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Collect and input data accurately into the company's systems
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and analysis purposes
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights from customer interactions
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service
Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools is a plus
