Minimum requirements: \xc2\xb7 Clear and Current Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector check \xc2\xb7 ECE Level III preferred \xc2\xb7 Current First Aid and CPR \xc2\xb7 Ability to work a shift within centre hours of 7:00 am to 5:30 pm \xc2\xb7 Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent verbal skills \xc2\xb7 Experience and sensitivity in dealing with members of differing cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds, \xc2\xb7 High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy \xc2\xb7 Patient, warm, energetic, flexible, sensitive and responsive \xc2\xb7 The ability to work with all age groups is an asset Our educators will form positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues and will possess a genuine passion for working with young children and families.
