Overview:
Willowbrae Childcare Academy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a long-term Early Childhood Education Workshop Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing educational instruction and guidance to our staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that address the specific needs and interests of our teaching staff Provide engaging and interactive instruction to teachers, incorporating a variety of teaching methodologies and techniques Offer guidance and support to teachers as they implement new strategies and methods in their classrooms Evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement Administer valid workshop certification to teachers upon successful completion of training programs
Experience:

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices Familiarity with various early childhood education methodologies and approaches Previous experience teaching or providing lessons for early childhood education workshops or training programs
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience) Certification in Early Childhood Education (mandatory) Previous experience working in childcare or a related field (mandatory) Demonstrated experience providing workshops or lessons in early childhood education
