Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding children with specific needs and challenges. This role involves working 1:1 with a child, and spending their days creating a safe space for the child to particpate in the program. The candidate will only be responsible for caring for this one student, and helping the student through their day.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with the child in a safe and supportive manner. Provide care for children, including feeding, dressing, and ensuring hygiene. Work with teachers to help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment for all children.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a classroom setting or childcare environment is preferred. Strong background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a must. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both children and adults. A nurturing attitude and the ability to create positive relationships with children. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Pay: $16.83-$27.33 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
