Job Description

This role is best suited for candidates based in Halifax, NS or Moncton, NB.

Reporting to a National Sales Leader, Oncology, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key influencers, based on a deep scientific understanding of the issues, to create opportunities and improve access to medicines for patients. Accountabilities:

Develop effective strategies and chart of accounts to increase sales performance to meet or exceed expectations, while working creatively within allocated budgets. Effectively communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of our products to high-level researchers and clinicians. Build strong relationships with key accounts and influencers by analyzing issues, looking at options, and finding innovative solutions, all with tenacity and all available resources. Develop and organize effective speaker programs with physician advocates and key opinion leaders working with the broader sales, brand, and scientific affairs team. Work in compliance with external regulations and internal policies, as well as training requirements. Work collaboratively to disseminate improved practices and create learning opportunities and shared platforms. Leverage data and insights to prioritize opportunities, identify trends, and inform territory actions.

Essential Skills/Experience:

The candidate should hold a university degree or equivalent experience in science or business administration. Your background includes oncology sales experience and a solid grasp of institutional account management. You have a positive influence on others and quickly establish credibility, while building strong business relationships. Background engaging key influencers in complex clinical environments, strategizing to improve treatment outcomes. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, communication skills and business acumen -including strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. You are a great teammate; Able to work within a diverse and cross-functional team, you improve team cohesion and agility.
