Oncology Sales Consultant - Quebec North and Sherbrooke




Lilly is searching for an experienced Senior Oncology Sales Consultant to grow its Oncology portfolio. This individual is a motivated self-starter, who possesses strong relationships with key Oncology centres and thought leaders across Canada, and especially in Quebec and Atlantic provinces.


The sales consultant is responsible for delivering superior customer experiences by identifying critical needs and delivering solutions at the account/centre and national level. This includes shaping the environment to support access to, and use of, Lilly Oncology therapies.


As the successful candidate, you hold deep knowledge of the health care system, national and regional cancer care initiatives, drug access, and therapeutic options. You will identify and develop relationships in targeted centers with customers such as medical oncologists, pathologists, drug access navigators, nurse educators, and pharmacists. You will interpret data and develop and implement a detailed plan for the prioritized portfolio. You will identify specific challenges and deliver solutions that meet account/centre needs and business objectives. You will serve as a triage for cross-functional Lilly team including the LillyPlus(TM) Patient Support Program (PSP), Medical, Patient Access, and Marketing.

Lilly Oncology Portfolio Expertise



Support clinicians and multi-disciplinary team to drive access and appropriate utilization of Lilly Oncology products for patients using the value-based interaction framework Provide relevant and timely product information and service Establish a positive reputation for Lilly Oncology within key institutions Support cross functional team in thought leader planning and engagement for commercial initiatives

Customer Experience



Develop trusting relationships with national and regional thought leaders as well as other key stakeholders and respond to their needs Gather insights and leverage sales performance data, formulary considerations, and competitive intelligence to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities Travel (up to 50%) Effectively work with external stakeholders and internal cross functional partners while balancing ethical, compliance, and documentation requirements Establish and maintain relationships with customers through digital and in-person channels Develop innovative customer engagement solutions in collaboration with cross functional partners

Qualification and Experience:



University degree; advanced science degree is a strong asset Bilingualism is mandatory Well established relationships with the key Oncology centers and clinicians nationally and especially in Quebec and Atlantic provinces Possess in-depth knowledge in Oncology, particularly in the areas of breast, thyroid and lung cancers and precision medicines Ability to effectively engage thought leaders and other external stakeholders Proven track record as a high performing customer facing professional in a virtual world Strong business acumen to identify opportunities through data and insights and plan solutions Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills Strong teamwork skills Ability to work in complex and dynamic environment, manage time and competing priorities

Cette personne est motivee et entreprenante et entretient de solides relations avec des centres d'oncologie cles et des leaders d'opinion partout au Canada, en particulier au Quebec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique.


Le conseiller aux ventes est responsable d'offrir une experience client superieure en cernant les besoins essentiels et en fournissant des solutions au centre ou au compte et a l'echelle nationale. Cela comprend la preparation de l'environnement en vue d'optimiser l'acces et le recours aux traitements de Lilly Oncologie.


En tant que candidat retenu, vous avez une connaissance approfondie du systeme de soins de sante, des initiatives nationales et regionales de soins aux personnes atteintes de cancer, de l'acces aux medicaments et des options therapeutiques. Vous definirez et etablirez des relations dans des centres cibles avec des clients tels que des oncologues medicaux, des pathologistes, des experts en acces aux medicaments, des infirmieres enseignantes et des pharmaciens. Vous interpreterez des donnees et elaborerez et mettrez en oeuvre un plan detaille pour les produits prioritaires. Vous determinerez les defis particuliers et offrirez des solutions repondant aux objectifs du centre ou du compte et de l'entreprise. Vous servirez de point de contact pour les equipes interfonctionnelles de Lilly, notamment pour le Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP) LillyPlusMC, les affaires medicales, l'acces aux patients et le marketing.

Expertise relative a la gamme de produits oncologiques de Lilly



Aider les cliniciens et l'equipe multidisciplinaire a favoriser l'acces et l'utilisation appropriee des produits oncologiques de Lilly pour les patients en utilisant le cadre d'interaction fonde sur la valeur; Fournir de l'information et des services pertinents et a jour sur les produits; Etablir une reputation positive pour Lilly Oncologie dans les principaux etablissements; Soutenir l'equipe interfonctionnelle dans la planification et l'engagement des leaders d'opinion pour les initiatives commerciales.

Experience client



Etablir des relations de confiance avec les leaders d'opinion nationaux et regionaux ainsi qu'avec d'autres intervenants cles et repondre a leurs besoins; Recueillir de l'information et tirer parti des donnees sur le rendement des ventes, les considerations relatives aux listes de medicaments et les renseignements relatifs a la concurrence pour diagnostiquer les problemes et decouvrir les occasions; Se deplacer (jusqu'a 50 % du temps); Travailler efficacement avec les intervenants externes et les partenaires interfonctionnels internes tout en tenant compte des exigences en matiere d'ethique, de conformite et de documentation. Etablir et entretenir des relations avec les clients en personne et par les canaux numeriques; Trouver des solutions novatrices avec des partenaires interfonctionnels pour mobiliser les clients.

COMPETENCES ET EXPERIENCE



Diplome universitaire (un diplome d'etudes superieures en sciences est un atout important); Bilinguisme obligatoire; Relations bien etablies avec les principaux cliniciens et centres d'oncologie a l'echelle nationale et surtout au Quebec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique; Connaissances approfondies en oncologie, surtout dans les domaines des cancers du sein, de la thyroide et du poumon et de la medecine de precision; Capacite de mobiliser efficacement des leaders d'opinion et d'autres intervenants externes; Experience demontree a titre de professionnel du service avec un rendement eleve dans un monde virtuel; Sens aigu des affaires et habilete a cerner les occasions a partir de donnees, de connaissances et de solutions de planification; Competences exceptionnelles en expression orale et ecrite et en techniques de presentation; Solides aptitudes pour le travail d'equipe; Capacite a travailler dans un environnement complexe et dynamique, et a gerer son temps et ses priorites concurrentes.
