About the Role:

Haliscape Construction is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our on-call snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This is a 24/7

on-call position

--ideal for those who don't mind working flexible hours and want extra income during the winter months.

When snow hits, we respond--day, night, weekends, and holidays--to keep walkways, driveways, and parking areas safe and clear.

Responsibilities:

Clearing snow from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using shovels, power tools, and small equipment (e.g. snow blowers) Spreading salt or ice melt to prevent ice buildup Using hand tools to remove ice and snow from hard-to-reach areas Work efficiently in a team and follow direction from the foreman Maintain a positive attitude and show up ready to work when called

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and ready to work on short notice when snow events occur Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions Prior snow removal experience is an asset but

not required

Must have personal reliable transportation to job sites throughout HRM (locations are not bus or transit accessible) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

This position is

24/7
