Your Role:

Perform high-quality painting: cutting, rolling, and spraying Prepare surfaces including sanding, caulking, and priming as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
? Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
? Ability to work independently and follow direction
? Own transportation and basic tools preferred
? References will be checked; in-person meeting required

Schedule:

Day shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed Flexible, on-call hours
