About the Opportunity

Essence Cabinets is looking for a reliable and skilled

On-Site Cabinet Assemblers

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, helping installers with installation as required, and adjusting cabinets and related components directly at customer locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Assemble cabinet boxes using pre-cut parts and provided hardware

Follow drawings, labels, and instructions to ensure correct assembly

Verify measurements, squareness, and alignment of the boxes

Use hand tools and power tools safely (drill, clamps, screw gun, etc.)

Check parts for damages or missing components and report immediately to site lead

Keep the assembly area organized, clean, and safe

Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets

Communicate with the production supervisor about progress or issues

The Successful Candidate will possess the following characteristics

You are a creative and innovative thinker, a highly motivated self-starter with the proven ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. You have excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills and take the initiative to offer solutions to improve written and verbal communication. You can set priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

The Successful Candidate will have the following requirements satisfied

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment
