Job Description

XMC is looking to create a roster of Serve it Right Certified Brand Representatives to represent a well known beer & seltzer brand in and around the Sea to Sky area in British Columbia.

Role Description:

Support various on-premise samplings and events at local accounts (e.g., local bars, restaurants, and hot spots). Representatives will work closely with a local brand Field Sales Reps to facilitate samplings of the brands "Big 6 Sub-brands."

Our team of Serve it Right Certified Brand Representatives will be on the front lines of consumer engagement, sharing product knowledge, generating excitement, and acting as the main point of contact for restaurant and bar managers.

Sea to Sky Sampling Locations:

Squamish, Garbaldi Highlands, Brackendale, Whistler, and Pemberton.

Shift Breakdown/ Responsibilities:

Sampling Shifts: 5 hours onsite, including setup, teardown, ad hoc tasks, and reporting. Event Shifts: 8 hours onsite, including setup, teardown, ad hoc tasks, and reporting. Logistics Shifts: 2 hours per shift allocated for asset pickup/drop-off and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

Smart Serve Certified required. Previous experience in hospitality industry, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening. Ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences in a professional manner. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments. Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling are desirable.
