Job Description

We are currently seeking Hospitality Security Guards to join our team in working various event, retail, commercial and other security positions. _ The ideal candidate_ has 1+ years working in the Security Industry, Retail, Commercial, Parking Enforcement, Bars, Clubs, other various events, in roles such as security guard, bouncer, or another applicable role. Experience working in a nightclub, self defense training and/or security related courses are considered an asset!Responsibilities of a Hospitality Security Guard include:

• Secure all entrances, exits and common areas of the establishment
• Greet guests upon arrival
• Monitor event for potential disturbances of guests
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of patrons and employees
• Diffuse any guest situations/altercations, should they arise, using non-aggressive tactics and calling 911 when necessary
• Maintain a professional appearance, in accordance with the Company's dress code
• Complete incident reports as required
• Remain alert and vigilant while on duty
