Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate On Call Supply Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing support within educational settings, particularly in classrooms that cater to children, including those with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for all students. We run a Christian based childcare and need staff that have the ability to continue teaching God's children.

Duties

Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational programs and activities. Provide care and support for children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Educate children through engaging activities that promote learning and development. Support children with disabilities by adapting teaching methods and materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere for all students. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications

Experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred. Familiarity with working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children learn and grow. Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and needs on short notice. Previous experience in a classroom setting is advantageous.
