About the Role

As a casual educator at Blum, you'll have the opportunity to step into classrooms when needed and provide meaningful support to both students and educators. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a flexible schedule while still making a lasting impact on young learners.

What You'll Do

Support the daily routines and rhythms of the classroom Create a safe, engaging, and caring environment for students Collaborate with educators to maintain consistency in programming Step into different classroom settings as needed with confidence and positivity

What We're Looking For

Current certification as an Early Childhood Educator (Level 1, 2, or 3) A passion for Montessori, Reggio, and play-based approaches Flexibility, reliability, and a positive team spirit A love for supporting children's growth socially, emotionally, and intellectually
