Job Description

Bison Janitorial Services Ltd, is looking for an individual to work in Selkirk, Manitoba as an on-call spare cleaner to work open shifts at a large steel mill in Selkirk.

Standard 8 hour shifts are Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 1:30 am and the typical hours are 15-30 hours per week, including the occasional weekend shift which is 6.5 hours, from 2 pm to 9 pm.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• General Office Cleaning
• Sweeping/Mopping
• Vacuuming
• High/Low Dusting
• Cleaning Washrooms - Including Toilets, Urinals, sinks, etc.
• Cleaning Mirrors & Glass
• Changing Garbage Bags

Position Requirements:

• Must Communicate/Speak/Read & Write In Fluent English
• Must have a cell phone and be very comfortable communicating either in text or voice
• Must have Car/License for this location
• Must have steel toe shoes/boots
• Must complete a pain, one-time safety training course before beginning employment.

Additional Info:

• OSHA (WHMIS) To Be Completed (Free Course)
