On Call Cafeteria Kitchen Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our cafeteria team as on-call employees. In this role, you will support our cafeteria operations by assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and handling cash transactions. Location
: Surrey AreaWork Schedule
: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (hours may vary)Key Responsibilities
:Assist with the preparation and assembly of food items following health and safety guidelines. Serve meals to students and staff efficiently Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness in food preparation and serving areas. Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the cafeteria manager or regional manager.
Qualifications
:Previous experience in food service or cashiering is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Reliable and punctual with the flexibility to work on-call as needed. Must have a Food Safe Certificate Must pass a Criminal Record Check
