What will your typical day look like?



You will be constantly engaging stakeholders (client or otherwise) to identify client problems and develop solutions. Through workshops, interviews, and research, you will identify gaps in current business and technology capabilities and work with a multi-functional team to define a future vision, the ‘Art of the Possible’. You will identify and grow uses cases into Proof of Concepts, define governance and operating models, and develop roadmaps to help a client execute on initiatives – all around applications of AI, Advanced Analytics, and Data. Finally, you will guide clients through these efforts, socializing results and effecting change management.

About the team



Omnia AI’s Strategy team is multi-disciplinary with over 75 people across offices in Montreal and Toronto. The team tackles a range of issues around data governance, privacy, ethics, and the design, enablement and operationalization of AI and Advanced Analytics applications – as well as domain specific applications in supply chain management, customer & marketing, government, financial services, and healthcare. Aside from core skillsets in strategy, design thinking, and digital transformation – the AI Strategy team also comprises of data scientists, architects, and analytics professionals who apply their skills at a strategic level.

You are someone who is:
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Management or other relevant specialized degree or related field returning to school following the co-op term
  • Have relevant prior work experience in Financial Services, Government/Public Sector, Healthcare, Natural Resources, and/or Customer/Marketing
  • Understand concepts related to Data Governance, Information Architecture, Metadata and/or Taxonomy
  • Understand applications of Artificial Intelligence or Advanced Analytics at an enterprise scale
  • Prior experience in consulting and/or graduate level education is preferred for consultant or senior consultant positions
